One of my biggest pet peeves is when people make plans and don’t follow through, especially if it was planned more than a week in advance. If we make a plan (especially if you suggested it), follow through with it. Don’t flake out. One of the most annoying things to have to deal with is being excited for something and then being disappointed because it didn’t happen and then having to make time to reschedule it. I understand sometimes life happens and you just can’t make it. But if you do it constantly, I start thinking that you have no regard for my time, you lose accountability points from me, and I start to lose trust in you.
